1. General Information

This document defines the terms of access and use of the institutional website www.akdital.ma (hereinafter the “Site”), published and managed by Akdital S.A., a public limited company under Moroccan law, registered at the Casablanca Trade Register and headquartered at 246 Route de l’Oasis – Casablanca 20250, Morocco.

Accessing, browsing, or using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”).

The terms “Akdital”, “Publisher” or “We” refer to Akdital S.A., its subsidiaries and affiliates.

2. Purpose and Scope

The Site serves as the institutional showcase for the AKDITAL Group. It allows:

  • presentation of the Group’s healthcare facilities;
  • providing information on its values, activities, innovations, and performance;
  • publication of news and financial information;
  • submission of contact requests or job applications.

The Site is not intended to provide medical advice. The information published is general and cannot replace a diagnosis or professional opinion.

3. Access and Availability

Access to the Site is free, excluding internet connection fees. AKDITAL strives to ensure continuous availability of the Site; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, or security reasons.

  • modify or suspend Site features at any time;
  • restrict access to certain sections requiring personal information;
  • update content and page structure without notice.

4. Security and System Integrity

The AKDITAL Group implements cybersecurity measures aligned with ISO 27001, OWASP Top 10, and CNDP Morocco recommendations. Firewalls, TLS 1.3 encryption, and network monitoring are in place to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and traceability of data.

Any attempt of unauthorized access, code injection, content alteration, or falsification is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and all its elements (texts, logos, images, videos, sounds, source codes, databases, software architecture, and graphic design) are protected by Moroccan law and international intellectual property conventions.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from AKDITAL is strictly prohibited. Content use is limited to personal, private, and non-commercial purposes.

6. Personal Data Protection

In accordance with Moroccan law n°09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), AKDITAL ensures the security, transparency, and confidentiality of collected information.

Purpose of Processing:

  • management of contact forms and job applications;
  • institutional communication;
  • improving Site performance and security.

Recipients:

  • Communication Department,
  • Human Capital Department,
  • authorized internal departments of the Group.

User Rights:

Every user has the right to access, correct, object to, erase, and port their data by sending a request to:

No data is shared with third parties without explicit consent. Processing is registered with the CNDP.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses functional, analytical, and performance cookies to improve navigation, measure audience, and optimize services. On the first visit, users are informed of the cookie purposes and can consent or refuse.

  • configure the browser to block cookies.

Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Matomo) may be used in compliance with CNDP and GDPR requirements.

Information published on the Site is for informational purposes and may be updated or modified without notice. Despite efforts to ensure accuracy, AKDITAL does not guarantee content completeness.

The Group shall not be held liable for direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages resulting from:

  • accessing or inability to access the Site;
  • use or misinterpretation of content;
  • presence of viruses or malicious elements.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. AKDITAL does not control these sites and disclaims any liability for their content, security, or compliance with applicable laws. Clicking on these links is the sole responsibility of the user.

10. Financial Information

Financial and strategic data published on the Site may include forecasts subject to economic uncertainties. They are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute an investment offer or performance guarantee.

11. Updates and Versioning

Each update of the Site or these Terms is versioned and timestamped. Continuing to browse the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of disputes regarding interpretation or execution, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
