AKDITAL does not collect sensitive medical data via the Site under any circumstances.

Security data and logs: maximum 24 months;
Institutional correspondence: 36 months.

After these periods, data is permanently deleted or anonymized irreversibly.

8. Data Recipients

Personal data is intended exclusively for AKDITAL Group internal services, including:

Corporate Communication Department;
Human Capital Department;
IT services and technical providers under confidentiality agreements.

No unauthorized transfer or sale of data to third parties occurs.

9. Transfer of Data Outside Morocco
